What is a cell group?
Cell groups are small groups that meet during the week to discuss, share, pray, study the Bible, and worship the Lord. We call them cell groups because in the same way that the cells of a honeycomb form a hive, cell groups make up the larger family of the church. Everyone who is part of our centre is encouraged to join a group.
Winter Cell Group Session
It’s that time of year again and we will soon be launching our winter cell groups!
The fall session will go from February 24 until the end of May.
The launch will take place after church on February 24.
You are invited to actively participate in the life of the church by leading a cell group.
All those wishing to lead a group (or continue an existing one) must complete an application form. The forms are available at the welcome counter, but you can also apply online.
Here are some ideas for cell groups:
- Study a book of the Bible
- Sharing and prayer
- The Sunday message
- Raising children
- Community service (hospitals, elderly, food banks, etc.)
One of the following four elements must be present:
- Bible Study
The deadline to submit your application is February 15.
If you are approved to lead a group, we will email you instructions for the launch.
We encourage everyone to get involved and be an active part of what God is doing in the church!
